Services Explained

Family Communion 

A Eucharist service, also known as Holy Communion. A celebration of Christ's Last Supper where consecrated bread and wine are shared. Uses services taken from "Common Worship". This is the service that is used the most and there is a guide to help people who may not be familiar with it

BCP Communion

As above only using the 1662 "Book of Common Prayer"

Morning Worship 

A non-Eucharist service based on bible reading, prayer and praise.

All Age Worship 

An informal, non-Eucharist service designed for the whole family.

Benefice Service 

Usually on the 5th Sunday of a month, the Benefice Service is the only Sunday Service and is attended by the congregations from all three Churches. It gives us an opportunity to meet our brothers and sisters from the group's other churches, gathered for worship together in one place.

Wholeness Service 

An informal quiet service with time for prayer, reflection, meditation and healing.

Carol Service

Usually a traditional Christmas Carol Service held in the 2 weeks before Christmas

Christingle Service

A service for Children where Christingles are made
